Process improvement. I enjoy working with small to mid-size businesses to understand the overarching goals and to come up with a solution to attain those goals.

What are your superpowers – something you’re good at that others should know about?
Being financially savvy. I enjoy learning about investing opportunities and bought my first stock when I was 12.

Tell us about your life outside of work (family/pets/sports/activities/interests/hobbies)
I enjoy traveling and have stayed in 49 states while driving to 46 of them from Michigan. I am an avid soccer player and am on multiple local teams. I like to play sports, cook, hike, and spend time in nature in my free time.
