I earned my Bachelor of Business Administration degree and Master of Accountancy degree from Davenport University.
What is your area of specialty – how do you best help your clients?
I currently specialize in state and local government, non-profit and for-profit audits. I best help clients by staying up to date with new accounting pronouncements and providing accurate information to clients when they have questions about how financial information should be reported.
What are your top 5 strengths? What is your favorite strength?

Although I feel like my top 5 represents me well, if I had to pick one it would be Achiever. Achiever is representative of my strong work ethic and go-getter attitude.
How do you like to give back to the community?
I give back to the community by supporting our local businesses in the West Michigan area.
What are your superpowers – something you’re good at that others should know about?
Problem solving is a superpower for me. I love taking on new challenges and finding solutions to them.
Accomplishment you’re proud of?
I am proud of my professional development over the time I have been with Hungerford. I am also proud of being one of the first members of my family to graduate from college with a master’s degree.
Tell us about your life outside of work (family/pets/sports/activities/interests/hobbies)
Outside of work I enjoy doing various activities. During the summer I like playing soccer, disc golfing, hiking, fishing, and just being outdoors in general. In the winter I play in an indoor soccer league, watch a ton of sports (all Wisconsin sports, go Bucks, Badgers, and Packers!), read books occasionally, and some ice fishing. Of course, in all seasons I love getting plenty of quality time with my fiancé Nadia, Basset Hound Lentil, and two cats Kiwi and Yogurt.
What is your favorite part of working at the firm?
My favorite part about working at Hungerford is the company culture, schedule flexibility and the clients I get to work with.
