What is your area of specialty – how do you best help your clients?
I specialize in optimizing financial operations by simplifying accounting processes and offering strategic advice in areas like compliance and reporting. My goal is to create efficient, tailored solutions that help clients improve profitability and navigate challenges with confidence. By focusing on both the details and the big picture, I ensure clients achieve long-term success and clear results.
What are your top 5 strengths? What is your favorite strength?
Individualization, Discipline, Harmony, Input, Analytical. Individualization because it means I work to use other’s strengths to help solve problems.
How do you like to give back to the community?
North Kent Connect (501c3) – Finance Committee Board Member: This cause is close to my heart, as housing and food insecurity impact many in our community. Supporting an organization that addresses these essential needs and strengthens the community I care about is truly fulfilling.
I also serve as the Fundraising/Community Outreach Coordinator for Rock City BMX, a 501c3 organization that promotes inclusivity and physical activity through BMX.
What are your superpowers – something you’re good at that others should know about?
I’m skilled at simplifying complex problems and creating actionable solutions. My ability to stay organized while balancing multiple priorities allows me to drive results and support those around me effectively.
Accomplishment you’re proud of?
I’m proud of completing my master’s degree while working full-time and raising young children. It was a challenging journey, but it taught me perseverance and the value of balancing personal and professional growth.
Tell us about your life outside of work (family/pets/sports/activities/interests/hobbies)
My husband and I have two boys that keep us busy with various activities. We enjoy travelling and running my boys to various sporting events. We also have two dogs.

My favorite part of working at the firm is the opportunity to collaborate with talented colleagues who share a commitment to delivering exceptional client service. The collaborative environment allows me to continually learn, contribute to meaningful projects, and see the impact of our work on clients’ success.
