Business accounting and advisory, fraud investigation, litigation support. Industry and audit experience in manufacturing & distribution, real estate and professional services.

How do you like to give back to the community?
I’m currently serving on the Finance Committee for Girl Scouts of Michigan Shore to Shore and the race committee for the Brian Diemer Family of Races, a 501(c)(3). My past experiences include serving as Board Treasurer for Still I Run, (a non-profit focused on managing mental health through movement) and the Accounting & Finance Women’s Alliance (a professional organization that promotes a network of women in the accounting and finance industries). I am also currently serving as Board Treasurer for MomsBloom.
What are your superpowers – something you’re good at that others should know about?
I love problem solving – I love getting into the details and figuring out what is wrong and how to fix it. I also love creating more efficient ways of doing things.
Accomplishment you’re proud of?
Earning my CFE and seeing how quickly our F&L team has taken off!
Tell us about your life outside of work (family/pets/sports/activities/interests/hobbies)
I am married to my wonderful husband, who is also an accountant. We keep a pretty active lifestyle where we encourage each other in our respective training – he is a power lifter who occasionally does some cardio, and I’m a runner who occasionally lifts heavy things. We’ve also started golfing together this past season which has been so fun!
What is your favorite part of working at the firm?
The culture – I love working for a firm that encourages people to be life long learners, and to pursue ideas of how to make the firm a better place.
